ISSAPP is an International Schools Sports Association of Phnom Penh. On Saturday morning, October 12th, 秘密研究所 is organising an ISSAPP Swim Meet, the second meet of the year. It will include Elementary and Secondary students from the participating schools.
It is also a preparation for our International Swim Meet (November 23-24) that we are calling the Phnom Penh Plunge.
